Science is the method of discovering what is happening within the universe; how things work now, how they performed in the past, and how they’re likely to operate in the future. Scientists are driven by the excitement of finding or understanding things that no one else has ever before.

The information gathered by science is reliable and robust. It can be utilized to create new technology and treatments for diseases and tackle various types of issues.

Branches of Science. Science branches are many, but I will mention the significant science components in this article.

  2. This is defined as a field of natural science that deals with the materials of the earth and the atmosphere.

  4. This is defined as a branch of science that involves the study of inorganic materials ( materials that are not living things). Physical science is used to discover how matter and other universal phenomena work.Physical science has several types: Physics, Chemistry, and astronomy.

  5. Life Science
  6. This is a branch of science that deals with the study of organic things ( the living things). This branch of science can be used to understand the whole world, such as plants and animals.

Technology can be defined as the application of scientific knowledge. For example, machinery, many pieces of equipment, and many other technology products are developed by applying scientific knowledge. Technology usually involves new tools for doing things.

One example of this is the internet, which makes up-to-date information accessible to everyone who has access to it in seconds and gives the latest information on happenings worldwide.

Another excellent example of technology is the invention of products developed in the space program that have enabled scientists and engineers to use different products and materials to manufacture.

    Electronic technology includes Digital electronics, Analogue Electronics, Circuit Design, Microelectronics, Power electronics, Semiconductor devices, Optoelectronics, and many more.

    Televisions, the internet, cell phones, computers, software, audio and visual technology, etc.

  3. Industrial and Manufacturing Technology
  4. This is a science that deals with modern science, production, and engineering that helps in industrial production and manufacturing processes.

    There are four main types of manufacturing technology: castling and moulding, machining, joining, and sheering and forming.

  5. Mechanical Technology
  6. This is a type of technology that encompass the making of mechanical parts such as wheels, gears, belts, cams, levers, and engines to transmit motion.

    Mechanical technology plays a massive role in modern life; it makes life better than ever before. Gear systems in a car, latch on a door, and brakes on a bicycle are examples of mechanical technology.
